This week post is a little different than usual, I am sure many of you have heard of the 100 Happy Days Challenge. I have read and seen many other people including other bloggers participate and decided to have a go myself :)

I know it can be difficult to be in happy mood especially when other things in life can get you down or dealing with normal stresses and pressures in life - I know it is definitely one of my greatest challenges and can tend to get down pretty easily so when I saw this I thought it would be a great opportunity to change this and really start being happy and enjoy those little things and start remembering that life is for living and enjoying not to be sad and depressed!

How can you do this?
Every day submit a picture of what made you happy!                      

It can be anything from:
  • a meet-up with a friend 
  • a tasty cake in a coffee place
  • from a feeling of being at home after a hard day
  • to enjoying a refreshing drink

REMEMBER: This is not a competition or about showing off or you would lose from the start, this for you and about you only, its more of a self-awareness and personal journey for you to lift up your spirits :)

Even when the challenge is over the collected 100 happy moments can always remind you about the beauty of your life. For that, you can receive a little 100 page book with your 100 happy days at the finish line of the challenge!

  1. My friend has been doing this. It's been lovely to see. I don't know if I could do it though, I have depression and some days I'm really not into picture taking or you know...getting out of bed. Sigh.

    1. :( thats why im doing this - i was at a point where i was low all the time too, this really does help - call it self-therapy you should try it and see - I am doing this for myself and its to remember to not let all those emotions and feelings take over your life and get you down, im only on day 7 and can already feel a difference :)
