Do you trust your instincts?

Do you trust your instincts? Who can you trust?

I think alot of us in everyday life have this challenge and of course the right choice is not always made.
In recent weeks, I had this tested and its always hard to know which one to follow or who to go to. Don't you find with certain things, especially choices you want to make are not always right but you follow them anyway?

From the biggest to the most smallest of things, those involved are your instincts and trusting those that you feel you can depend on.

What is the actual sign that indicates that you “know” to do anything? We always know. It’s in how well we trust what we know, and whether we’re willing to trust it enough to act upon it.

What made you decide that this was the right decision for you? What made you “know” that the college or university was the right one for you or the house you chose to buy was the perfect spot for you?
It’s intangible, isn’t it? It’s a feeling. You know, and then you “know” that you know.

I didnt listen to that inner voice - my instinct. I acted on something that I knew could end badly but chanced it anyway, unfortunately when you take risks especially knowing the bad that could come from it could put you in a much worse situation then what you were in.

I have definitely learned that it is always important to follow and trust your first gut instinct, if you feel in your heart and soul that something is wrong, then it probably is. I have also learned you can only trust yourself, only you know you - to become a strong-minded and independent person you need to be comfortable in your own skin and it does start from the making right decisions and learning from mistakes, the most admiring thing people can do is to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and move forwards.

I found it is so important to not hate yourself for those choices you made, it can only consume you and sometimes turn you into something your not, why waste all that bad energy when it can be turned into something good and be used for something positive?

“Trust yourself. You know more than you think you do.” ~Benjamin Spock

So I guess from all this, Trust Your Instincts - Follow Your Heart - Have Faith in Ourselves
