I have always loved Clinique products especially their skincare, but most recently I have been dabbling into their make-up range and picked up these two beauties.
Pop Lip Colour & Primer
Never missing a chance to add yet another gorgeous lipstick to my vast collection, I have been on the hunt for lipsticks that are high pigmented in colour and nourishes your lips too. This beautiful lipstick does just that. Its luxurious yet lightweight and has a smoothing primer allowing to glide on with a stunning velvet finish. I love how it keeps your lips feeling moisturised for up to 8 hours!
Even once the lipstick fades (as they all do at some point!) I never have the need to apply lip balm or Vaseline as I do with other lipsticks as I often have the after ‘dry’ feeling. My lips still feel soft and it made me want reapply. This shade is Plum Pop which is a pinker/berry tone perfect for this Autumn.
Available in 16 shades ranging from nudes, pinks and reds, all these colours will be perfect additions to your make up look this season.
Blushing Blush Powder
As I went a little crazy in Clinique, sometimes they offer some free goodies/samples for you to try out with your purchases, amongst these I got my hands on this beautiful blush, I'm usaully a bronzer/ highlighter girl, as I love the tan glow look. I found most blushers made me look too pink!
But this blush surprised me, this shade is Precious Posy which is a lot more pink than most blushes I have tried, but surprisingly it’s very striking on the skin. This blush has an undertone of peach and gold which helps to balance the pink element of the blush and found it left a lovely shimmery rosy glow to the cheeks. Now with Autumn/Winter upon us this is perfect to add some colour to your cheeks. I love that it creates an effortlessly natural look and is very long wearing too and my favourite part.... its oil-free! For those who have oily skin – this is a life saver!
Available in 8 shades ranging from coppery, reddish and pinkish tones there will be a perfect shade for you to add some colour this fall.
